1. Agreement to Rules

Participation constitutes Entrant’s (as defined below) full and unconditional agreement to be bound by and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of SCARLETT ST. CLAIR LLC (the “Sponsor”) as final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.  Entrants represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein.  This Mystery Box Golden Ticket Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is only open to those (i) who enter using one of the two methods of entry described herein during the Sweepstakes Period; (ii) who are 18+ years old as of the date of entry; and (iii) legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law.

Scarlett St. Clair, Sponsor, Sponsor’s employees, contractors,their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and/or household members, whether related or not, are ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

Void where prohibited or restricted by federal, state, or local law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on July 6th, 2026 at 12:00 PM CT and ends on July 21st, 2026at 11:59 PM CT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received outside this window will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

Entries may be earned through one of the following methods:

Method A — With Purchase (Mystery Box)

Each Mystery Box, regardless of size (small, medium, and/or large), purchased by an Entrant from https://www.scarlettstclair.shop during the Sweepstakes Period includes one (1) entry ticket into the Sweepstakes, automatically applied at the time of purchase. No additional steps are required to enter under Method A. Purchasing more than one Mystery Box during the Sweepstakes Period will not increase the number of entries received.  Each eligible person may receive a maximum of one (1) entry under this Method A, regardless of the number of Mystery Boxes purchased.

Method B — Free Entry, No Purchase Necessary (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase, Entrants may complete the free online entry form at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScA4IK3PHoBcUi2elhWyj9_CTr3OaRxUEAQW6eJGCsIibVc_g/viewform?usp=sharing&ouid=106305617076893746600 during the Sweepstakes Period. The form will request your full name, email address, mailing address, and date of birth. There is no cost or purchase required to submit the form.

Each eligible person who properly completes the online form during the Sweepstakes Period will be awarded one (1) entry ticket, the same number granted per purchase under Method A. Online entries must be submitted no later than July 21st, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT. Limit one (1) online entry per person; duplicate, automated, or mechanically reproduced entries are void.

For purposes of these Official Rules, Method A and/or Method B entrants shall collectively be referred to as “Entrants”.

Entries become the property of the Sponsor and may not be acknowledged or returned. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. Entries using macro, robotic, script or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of entry. Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, illegible, incorrect, delayed, garbled, undelivered, or misdirected entries.  Entrants entering through Method A acknowledge and agree that those entries are in addition to the fair value received for their purchase of a Mystery Box.  Sponsor or a court of competent jurisdiction may modify the terms of this Sweepstakes as reasonably necessary to fall within the scope of federal, state, and/or local law.

The Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by the Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof.  If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. 

5. Entry Limits

Regardless of entry method (Method A or Method B), and regardless of the number of Mystery Boxes purchased, each eligible Entrant may receive a maximum of one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Submitting entries under both Method A and Method B does not result in additional entries beyond this limit; only one (1) entry per person will be counted. Any attempt to obtain additional entries by using multiple identities, accounts, email addresses, or any other method will void that entrant's entries and may result in disqualification.

6. Prize

Twenty (20) winners will win one (1)  shared group video call together with author Scarlett St. Clair, conducted via Zoom (or a comparable video platform selected by Sponsor), lasting approximately 1 (1) hour scheduled at a mutually agreeable time within ninety (90) days of winner confirmation (“Prize”). 

The Prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value if the offered prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for a stable internet connection and any device needed to participate. No travel is required or provided. If the actual value of any prize turns out to be less than the stated Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”), the difference will not be awarded in cash. The Prize is provided “AS-IS” and the Sponsor provides no warranty.

If the scheduled call cannot take place as planned due to illness, scheduling conflict, technical failure, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor will work in good faith with the winner to reschedule within a reasonable additional period. Sponsor is not responsible for the winner’s own technical issues (e.g., internet outage, device failure) that prevent the winner(s) from participating at the scheduled time.

Sponsor reserves the right to record the video call for archival or promotional purposes.  By accepting the Prize, winner consents to such recording and its use as described in these Official Rules, unless winner opts out in writing at the time of scheduling.

All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, arising from acceptance of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where required by law, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the ARV of the prize awarded, and may request a completed Form W-9 from the winner before fulfilling the Prize.

7. Winner Selection/Odds

Winner(s) will be selected by an independent agent in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, on or about July 31, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Purchase and non-purchase entries are treated identically and have equal odds of winning. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. 

8. Prize Notification

Within ten (10) business days of the drawing, winner(s) will be notified using the available contact information provided at entry by email from team@scarlettstclair.com. Winner(s) must respond to the notification within five (5) business days, or an alternate winner may be selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner(s) may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) publicity release, and to provide proof of identity and eligibility, before being confirmed as a winner.

9. General Conditions

These Official Rules shall be interpreted exclusively in accordance with Oklahoma law. All Entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Scarlett St. Clair, Sponsor and each of their partners, employees, subsidiaries, agents, representatives, and affiliates and immediate family, from any and all claims of any kind arising directly or indirectly from the sweepstakes, from any sweepstakes prize, or from any publicity about the sweepstakes (the “Released Parties”). Released Parties do not have any responsibility or liability whatsoever for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, printing, typographical, human or other errors, including, without limitation, the award of the prizes, the processing of entries or in any Sweepstakes related materials; for entries or signups that are corrupted, misdirected, incomplete, lost, stolen, late, undelivered, delayed, garbled, damaged, illegible or postage due; for transactions or entries that fail to enter into the processing system, or are reported or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason. 

Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering or corruption or if the Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, or any unauthorized human intervention, or any other causes beyond the control of the sponsor and it is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or to terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the Prize using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated prior to the Sweepstakes Period, notice will be posted at the website: https://www.scarlettstclair.shop. Except where prohibited by law, any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and shall not include any punitive, consequential or other damages, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes and in no event include attorneys’ fees and winners hereby waive all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. All dispute resolution shall be made by the Sponsor in their sole discretion.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, or for technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, network hardware or software, or website unavailability.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

By entering, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Prize, the winner(s) consents to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded, and grants Sponsor and/or Scarlett St. Clair the right to use winner’s name, likeness, image, voice, and any statements or testimonials they provide in connection with this Sweepstakes, in any and all media, for advertising, promotional, or publicity purposes, without further compensation.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://scarlettstclair.com/privacy-policy/. Information will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and, where entrants have opted in, for future marketing communications.

12. Winner List

For the name of the winner(s), available after July 31, 2026, email team@scarlettstclair.com with the subject line “Winner List Request.”

13. Disputes / Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

14. Data Collection

Information collected from Entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at https://scarlettstclair.com/privacy-policy/.
